Blogger provides google translator gadget inbuilt, you just need to configure and add that into your theme layout. Here are some simple steps mentioned to add google translator gadget into your blog.
Step 1: Log in to your blogger account & select 'Layout' option from the left sidebar menu
Step 2: Select 'Add a Gadget' option under the sidebar layout
When you click on this option one new window will open where you can select and configure different blogger gadgets for your blog.
Step 3: Find & select 'Translate' option from the newly opened window
When you click on translate option one new window will open for settings of google translator where you need to configure all required settings for google translator.
Step 4: Configure all required settings for google translator & click on save button
Step 5: Reload your blog page to see google translator gadget
